In this Cantabile I do a fair amount of thumbing from Recit to Great (bars 13, 15, 18, 24, 29, 34, 67, 73) and Great to Positive (bar 50, 62, 64) both to reach notes and to improve the legato. In bar 61, you can also get away with playing one note on the “wrong” manual – if the LH (Great) holds the E in the second half of the bar, the RH (Positive) can omit its bottom E, which gives it a much better chance of getting to the next chord without too much of a gap.
